These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our Website and purchasing our children’s financial education eBooks and digital bundles. Please read them before placing an order.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies disclosed before purchase. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.

1. Terminology

The following definitions apply to these Terms & Conditions:

“Draftsworks,” “we,” “our,” or “us” means the business operating this Website.
“Customer,” “you,” or “your” means the individual using our Website or purchasing our Products.
“Products” means the children’s financial education eBooks, PDF files and digital bundles offered through our Website.
“Order” means a request to purchase Products through our Website.
“Content” means text, illustrations, graphics, stories, activities and other materials appearing on our Website or within our Products.
“Personal household use” means use by the purchaser and members of their household for private, non-commercial learning.
“Parties” means you and Draftsworks collectively.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

Purchases must be made by adults aged 18 or above who are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Our educational materials are intended for children aged 5 to 17, with parents or guardians selecting suitable topics and providing guidance according to the child’s age and understanding.

Please use an adult purchaser’s contact information when placing an Order.

3. Product Information

Our Products introduce financial concepts such as saving, budgeting, needs versus wants, financial terminology, accounting, entrepreneurship and investing basics.

All eBooks are supplied in PDF format. The Product page describes the materials included in each purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Products are digital downloads.
Printed books are not included.
Purchases do not include live classes, personal coaching or individual financial advice.

You will need a compatible device and PDF reader to open the files. Internet access is required to receive and download them.

4. Orders and Payments

Please provide accurate information during checkout, including your name, email address, phone number and state.

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes or additional charges, if any, will be disclosed before payment.

If a payment is deducted but you do not receive an Order confirmation, contact harshzoombucks@gmail.com with your payment reference.

Please never send us your card security code, banking password, UPI PIN or OTP.

5. Digital Delivery

Your purchased PDF files or download instructions are sent to the email address provided during checkout, normally within minutes of successful payment.

If you have not received your purchase within 15–30 minutes:

Check your Spam, Junk and Promotions folders.
Confirm that the email address entered during checkout is correct.
Contact harshzoombucks@gmail.com with your Order number or payment reference.

Occasional payment verification or technical issues may delay delivery. We will help resolve delivery issues in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Licence and Permitted Use

Your purchase provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal household use. It does not transfer ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

You may:

Download and keep the purchased PDF files permanently.
Read them on your personal devices.
Print copies for use within your own household.
Use the materials to teach your own children privately at home.

Classroom use and commercial use are prohibited.

Unless separately authorised in writing by the relevant rights holder, you must not:

Resell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the files.
Share or distribute them outside your household.
Upload them to public websites, shared drives, file-sharing services or social media groups.
Share them through Telegram, WhatsApp groups or similar platforms.
Use them in schools, tuition centres, workshops, paid classes or other classroom settings.
Repackage or adapt them for distribution or sale.
Claim authorship of material created by others.
Remove copyright notices or ownership information.

These restrictions apply subject to any permissions or exceptions provided by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

Rights in the Website and Product Content remain with their respective copyright owners.

Materials may include Content created by Draftsworks and Content sourced from third parties. The inclusion of third-party material does not mean Draftsworks owns that material.

Nothing in these Terms grants rights beyond those we are entitled to grant. Any applicable third-party licence terms or statutory rights remain effective.

If you believe material on our Website or within a Product infringes your rights, please email harshzoombucks@gmail.com, identifying the material and providing information supporting your claim so we can investigate.

8. Permanent File Retention and Updates

You may retain your lawfully downloaded PDF files permanently for the permitted personal household use described above.

Please download your files and keep a backup.

Permanent retention of downloaded files does not mean that download links, online storage or replacement downloads will remain available indefinitely.

Future editions, additional Products and updates are included only where expressly promised on the Product page at the time of purchase.

9. Cancellation, Refunds and Returns

Digital Orders are processed promptly. Once the files or access instructions have been delivered, we generally do not accept cancellation or refund requests solely for a change of mind.

If you request cancellation before delivery, contact us immediately so we can check whether cancellation is possible.

We will review issues involving:

Duplicate purchases or payments.
Non-delivery.
Incorrect, incomplete, corrupted or inaccessible files.
Products materially different from their advertised description.

We will provide assistance, replacement files or an appropriate refund where applicable, in accordance with our Cancellation Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms removes remedies required under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Educational Purpose and Financial Disclaimer

You must not frame our Website or present its Content as your own without appropriate permission.

14. Pricing and Product Changes

We may change prices, offers and Product availability for future purchases.

Changes do not retrospectively alter the agreed price or materially reduce the Content owed under an already accepted Order.

If an error prevents us from fulfilling an Order as advertised, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund where necessary.

We take reasonable care in operating our Website and describing our Products, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

16. Physical Copies Notice

Physical books are currently unavailable, and we are not accepting physical Product Orders due to unforeseen circumstances and high order volume.

Digital eBooks remain available for delivery by email.

If physical Products become available, their shipping, cancellation and return conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services or legal requirements change. Revised Terms will appear on this page with an updated date.

The Terms presented when you place an Order govern that purchase, unless a change is legally required or separately agreed with you.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

If you have a concern, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve it.

Disputes may be brought before the courts, consumer commissions or other authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to use a forum available under consumer protection law.
