At kids.draftswork.shop, operated by Draftsworks, we aim to make receiving your children’s financial education resources simple and convenient.

1. E-Book and Digital Product Delivery

Our children’s finance eBooks and digital bundles are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

After successful payment, your digital files or download instructions are normally sent within minutes. No physical shipping is required for digital purchases, and no shipping charges apply.

If you do not receive your purchase within 15–30 minutes, please:

Check your Spam, Junk and Promotions folders.
Confirm that you entered the correct email address during checkout.
Contact us with your order number or payment reference so we can investigate and help you access your purchase.

Email: harshzoombucks@gmail.com

2. Incorrect Email Address or Delivery Issues

Please provide a valid and accessible email address when placing your order.

If you entered an incorrect email address, received an inaccessible file or have trouble downloading your purchase, contact us as soon as possible. After verifying your order, we will help correct the delivery details, resend the email or restore access at no additional cost.

Occasional payment verification or technical issues may delay delivery. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will provide a resolution in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

3. Physical Copies

Physical copies of our children’s finance books are currently unavailable, and we are not accepting physical product orders.

Digital purchases do not include printed books or delivery to a postal address.

If physical copies become available in the future, the applicable shipping charges, delivery areas and estimated delivery times will be displayed before purchase.

4. Important Note

Due to unforeseen circumstances and high order volume, we are not accepting physical product orders at the moment.

Our digital children’s finance eBooks and bundles remain available, with delivery by email after successful payment.

Any future resumption of physical orders will be reflected on the relevant Product pages.
