At kids.draftswork.shop, operated by Draftsworks, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable and transparent shopping experience. Please read this Cancellation Policy before placing an order.
1. Cancellation for Digital Products
Our children’s financial education eBooks and digital bundles are processed for email delivery after successful payment.
Because digital orders are processed promptly, we generally cannot accept cancellation requests once the digital content or access instructions have been delivered.
If you request cancellation before delivery, please contact us immediately. We will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
We do not offer cancellation for a change of mind after delivery. However, this does not affect remedies for non-delivery, defective files, duplicate payments or Products materially different from their advertised description. These situations are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.
2. Incorrect Email Address or Order Details
If you entered an incorrect email address during checkout, contact harshzoombucks@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number or payment reference.
After verifying your purchase, we will help correct the delivery details and resend the purchased content where necessary. An incorrect email address does not automatically require cancellation.
3. Physical Products
This policy applies to digital eBooks and digital bundles. No physical book is included unless expressly stated on the Product page.
If physical Products are offered separately, their applicable cancellation conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
4. Refunds Following Cancellation
If we confirm that an order can be cancelled and approve a refund, it will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy, through the original payment method wherever possible.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank and payment provider.
5. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies available under applicable Indian consumer protection law. Where a mandatory legal requirement conflicts with this policy, that requirement will apply.
